LS100 CO2 laser: Energy Version
The LS100 desktop laser cutter and engraver is the only premium gantry laser etching machine with this size.
Our desktop laser engraver also exists in the Energy version, an alternative for first-time buyers or those on a reduced budget It uses a different laser source that ensures the same cutting quality but with a slight reduction in engraving quality.
This option is only available at Gravotech.

The LS100EX laser machine is a medium-sized machine for engraving and cutting. Its engraving area matches the size of ¼ sheet, making it the ideal sign making machine. The gantry laser technology applicable for small industrial series production.

Sign solution and cutting machine
With a working area of 610x305mm exactly matching ¼ sheet size, the LS100EX is a sign solution and cutting laser above all. Be it plastic, wood, metal or even glass, any signage material can be precisely engraved and cut. Large range of consumables available with up to 2 colour layers, for a contrasted and professional result.
Laser etching machine for series production
The large dimension combined with a gantry laser technology makes the LS100 EX the perfect laser engraver for small production series. Load your items or parts to be engraved, and create your engraving job with the Gravostyle software. Several industrial functions are available, such as the Matrix mode or automatic date stamp. Engraving laser with 2 laser sources available
A laser performance mainly comes from matching the laser source and the material to engrave. While a CO2 source will be perfect for plastics and organic materials such as wood, paper, rubber etc, a Fibre engraving laser will be more appropriate for metals. The LS100 EX is thus a perfect fablab machine, available with a CO2 laser source or a Fiber laser source to match all applications.

The LS100EX laser etching machine also exists in a low-cost Energy configuration.
With a 25W larger laser beam the LS100EX Energy cutting laser is more efficient in cutting but slightly less precise in engraving, making it the ideal laser wood cutting machine. Also perfect as a medium sign solution, a school laser or a fablab machine for identification plate cutting, acrylic and wood cutting, etc.
Print & Cut technology
Print & Cut is a Gravotech technology created in partnership with Mimaki, included in standard with all our CO2 laser etching machines. Start with printing the material of your choice, wood, plastic, acrylic and more. Then spot the reference points and let the GravostyleTM software and your cutting and engraving laser take care of the rest!
